Specific criteria

We are looking for a candidate who:

• Is supportive of the Catholic ethos of the school
• Demonstrates a customer-focused approach
• Is highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Possesses excellent interpersonal skills and can build effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Has experience in a busy, dynamic office setting
• Has intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365 (especially Word, Publisher, and Excel)
• Has experience using Google Chrome applications
• Possesses sound knowledge of accounting concepts and principles, with supporting experience in bookkeeping/accounting and the ability to understand financial reports
• Can assist with advertising on social media platforms
• Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Can work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Holds a current First Aid Certificate
• Holds a current Working with Children Check (or is willing to obtain one)
• Has experience in TechOne, Receipting, Compass, and SAS
