Specific Criteria
- Be highly effective, skilled administration services/support officer with experience in a busy dynamic office environment
- Possessing high level interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, and the ability to develop positive relationships with staff, student, parents/carers and community members.
- Be familiar with various software packages which may include but not limited to Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Compass
- Demonstrated good verbal and written communication skills
- Be task focused with attention to detail and flexibility regarding duties
- Be able to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic professional learning community
- Have a valid First Aid Certificate (desirable)
- Knowledge in use of Compass eg: in putting student, parent, staff information
