About the role

As a Senior Educator at Goodstart Nambour – Doolan Street, you'll lead your own room and guide a team of passionate educators to deliver exceptional learning experiences.

Working alongside our Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader, you'll play a key role in mentoring educators, supporting children's development, and continuously improving educational practice.

In this role, you'll:

• Lead and support a team of educators within your room
• Create engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYLF
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Contribute to continuous improvement and high-quality educational outcomes
• Foster an inclusive, safe, and nurturing learning environment

What you'll bring

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Current QLD Working with Children Check
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed via the Geccko platform
• A passion for mentoring educators and delivering high-quality learning outcomes for children
