For the new academic year starting in September 2026, we are looking to expand our team within the Leeds branch with a senior consultant; to help continue the high level of service we deliver to all our partnership settings, schools and trusts we currently support.

Essential experience:
- A proven track record in educational recruitment and/or sales.
- Solid experience managing a high-volume desk.
- Be able to demonstrate key skills around communication, candidate sourcing and new business development.
- Demonstrate the ability to support schools with vacancies, from day-to-day supply to long term and permanent placements.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the educational recruitment market, frameworks and the CCS/GCA.
