• Day-to-day supply (perfect for flexibility and varied experience)
• Short-term roles (covering staff absence or specific projects)
• Long-term placements (with the potential to become permanent)

???? The Role:

As a Secondary Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Work 1:1 or with small groups of students to support learning
• Assist students with additional needs, including SEN where required
• Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment
• Provide feedback to teachers on student progress

✅ Requirements:

• Previous experience working with young people (school or similar setting preferred)
• A passion for education and supporting student development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to different schools and classroom environments
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
