Job Description

The role:

• Teach French language while fostering a positive and motivating classroom environment
• Deliver outstanding teaching and learning so that every student is challenged, makes progress and thrives in a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
• Commit to knowing students well, ensuring that learning is personalised so students can take their own next step in their learning progress
• Continuously seek-out innovation, trying new teaching and learning strategies in the classroom and contribute to a culture of experimentation
• Skilfully integrate learning technology into practice, selecting the most appropriate tools to enhance the learning experience

What do I need to succeed?

• Relevant teaching qualification
• Exceptional skill speaking and writing in fluent French
• Demonstrated experience and passion for teaching French
• Experience teaching Year 11 and 12 French will be highly regarded
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for creativity and innovation in teaching

A valid Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) Registration is a requirement for employment in this position.
