We are seeking an experienced Administrator to support our Secondary School Administration Team within the Wellbeing Space and to support students
Permanent Part-time Term-time
Commencing Term 1 2026
Suitably experienced and qualified applicantsare invited to apply for this permanent Secondary School Administrator position working two days a week during term time, with some school holiday hours by agreement.
The opportunity
Working collaboratively with the Secondary School Executive Administration Team, this role assists with the smooth running of the Secondary School, on a day-to-day basis, for two days a week. The hours for this role are 8:00am – 4:06pm.
About the role
Displaying a high degree of initiative and proactivity, the Secondary School Administrator will provide administrative support to the Head of Secondary School, Directors of Upper School/Senior School and Dean of Student Pathways in a range of duties and responsibilities, to ensure an exceptional experience for the College community of students, families and staff. The Secondary School Administrator will be working in the wellbeing space and will become a regular contact/support for students.

About you
You will be bringing your experience of working in an office environment providing Executive support at a senior level, possessing excellent communication skills, and a strong customer service focus to the fore.
You will be able to support a broad range of internal and external stakeholder requirements, providing Executive and administrative support to the Head of Secondary School and the Directors of Upper School/Senior School and Dean of Student Pathways to ensure calendar events, assessments, reporting and professional learning requirements are met within strict deadlines.
You will possess excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously as required. You will be a confident self-starter who enjoys building relationships with multiple stakeholders both inside and outside of the College.
Candidates must:
- Be technically competent and confident (intermediate to high proficiency) in the MSOffice suite and willing to learn school systems (for example Synergetic and Schoolbox)
- Demonstrate experience managing complex diaries
- Demonstrate a passion for collaborative working as a member of a high-functioning team, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Be energetic, enthusiastic and demonstrate a willingness to grow through the sharing of best practice and professional experience
- Possess excellent communications skills both written and verbal, as well as excellent time management skills
- Commit to the safeguarding and promotion of student welfare
- Be reliable and punctual
