Victory Christian College is growing! With a second P–12 campus set to open in Term One, 2026, we seek exceptional individuals committed to Christian education who share our passion for seeing young people thrive.

We have Secondary Classroom Teaching positions available for Term One 2026. Full and part-time roles are available in these areas:

• Secondary/VCE English
• Secondary/VCE Mathematics
• Secondary/VCE Science
• Secondary/VCE Bible/Wellbeing
• Secondary Humanities
• Secondary Outdoor Education
• Secondary Design & Technologies

Please note that teaching loads/time fractions, campus locations etc., may be flexible, depending on the expertise of the successful applicant and the requirements of the organisation.

REMUNERATION

The College follows the Educational Services (Teachers) Award 2020. Teaching salaries are paid at 3% above Vic Department of Education Award rates ($81,977 to $121,605 FTE 1.0).

Staff may salary package a Laptop or Tablet and additional Superannuation.
