School Support Officer – Enrolment and Administration (65 hours per fortnight)
A Co-educational Catholic High school serving the Northern Illawarra area with an enrolment of approximately 1314 pupils.
Location: Holy Spirit College, Bellambi
A temporary part time position commencing 29 June 2026 until 17 December 2026.
This is a position of support services to students, staff, parents, and school administration. The successful candidate will serve as the primary contact for all student enrolments at the College.
ESSENTIAL SELECTION CRITERIA
- A commitment to the mission and purpose of the Catholic School within the broader Catholic Church.
- Experience in administration and general office processes and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google suite of applications.
- Ability to process data in a variety of forms and produce reports.
- Effective organisational skills with demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to recognise confidential issues as they arise and to treat them with the sensitivity required.
DESIRABLE SELECTION CRITERIA
- Familiarity with Tech One and Compass systems.
- Knowledge of Funnell

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Current Senior First Aid Certificate.
- Certificate III in Office Procedures, Administration or related study.
WORKING WITH CHILDREN CLEARANCE
This role is classified as a child related work and therefore a working with children clearance is required prior to your commencement with us.
