Specific Criteria

  • Be highly effective, skilled administration services/support officer with experience in a busy dynamic office environment
  • Possess high level interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, and the ability to develop positive relationships with staff, student, parents/carers and community members
  • Be familiar with various software packages which may include but not limited to Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Compass
  • Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills
  • Be task focused with attention to detail and flexibility regarding duties
  • Be able to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic professional learning community
  • Have a valid First Aid Certificate (desirable)
  • Knowledge in use of SAS eg: inputting student, parent, staff information
  • Preparing newsletter
  • Knowledge in use of Compass
  • Receipting Bpays
