What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming visitors and creating a warm, friendly school environment
- Answering calls and providing information to parents and staff
- Assisting with student attendance and general school administration
- Providing first aid to students

- Willing to learn and adapt to different tasks
- Confident in handling a multi-line switchboard and answering the phone

Applicants must hold (or be willing to obtain) a Working with Children Check for paid employment and HLTAID012 First Aid qualification.
Hours of Work
This is a full-time position of 7.5 hours per day, 37.5 hours per week, worked across 45 weeks per year. Due to the operational requirements of the role, including the need for consistent front-of-house service and continuity for students, families, and staff, the College requires the position to be performed by one employee on a full-time basis. As such, the role is not available as a part-time arrangement.
