About the Role:

As a key member of the school office team, you will be responsible for a range of administrative and front-office duties, including:

• Providing excellent customer service to pupils, parents, staff, and visitors
• Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
• Maintaining accurate records and databases
• Supporting with attendance, admissions, and general office tasks
• Using Microsoft Office and school systems to support day-to-day operations

Requirements:

• Strong administration and customer service experience
• Confident user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• School office experience is desirable but not essential - full training and support will be provided
