We are a new and growing education centre dedicated to helping young learners build strong foundations in English literacy through engaging phonics, reading and writing programmes. As a start-up business, we are passionate about delivering high-quality education while creating a positive and supportive environment for both our students and our team.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Consultant who is excited to grow with our business and play an important role in expanding our student community.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for marketing, sales and education. You will be responsible for attracting new families, increasing student enrolments, building community relationships and supporting both online and offline marketing initiatives.

This role is particularly suited to marketing students or recent graduates looking to gain practical experience in business development, customer engagement and digital marketing within a growing education business.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to enquiries from prospective families via phone, email, WeChat and WhatsApp.
• Conduct consultations with parents and recommend suitable learning programmes.
• Follow up enquiries and convert trial lessons into enrolments.
• Build strong relationships with parents and provide outstanding customer service.
• Develop partnerships with local schools, childcare centres and community organisations.
• Promote the centre through Open Days, workshops, community events and local networking opportunities.
• Create engaging content for social media and assist with digital marketing campaigns.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing and promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and enrolment information.
• Work closely with the teaching team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to support the growth of the centre and strengthen our brand presence.

About You

• Currently studying or have completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field. Marketing degree students are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service or education is highly regarded.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, confident and professional with a genuine passion for working with families.
• Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Creative, eager to learn and willing to contribute new ideas.
• Confident using social media and digital marketing platforms.
• Fluent English is essential. Mandarin or Cantonese is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team.
