We are seeking an experienced Educator, preferably within a Secondary setting, to help us shape the future of education particularly on the conversation around consent and maintaining healthy personal relationships through the lens of the Catholic values and ethos.

Covering an expansive geographical area which includes Sydney’s Northern Beaches and North Shore as well as the Central Coast, Catholic Schools Broken Bay is a system serving 44 Catholic Schools with around 17,000 students from Kindergarten to Year 12.

We are seeking an experienced Educator, preferably within a Secondary setting,to help us shape the future of education particularly on the conversation around consent and maintaining healthy personal relationships through the lens of the Catholic values and ethos.

This is a temporary part-time position working 0.2 FTE commencing January 2026.

Applications for the Respectful Relationships Learning Partner position must include:

1. A cover letter of no more than two pages addressing the key criteria of:

• Understanding and commitment to the ethos of Catholic education
• Highly effective, skilled classroom practitioner
• A strong understanding of current research and practice in the field of children and adolescent mental health, wellbeing, and education.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic professional learning community.
• Proficient in the use of technology to enhance educator learning
