The Role

We are seeking a College Registrar to lead and manage the student enrolment process. This pivotal role ensures a smooth and professional admissions experience for families and contributes to the ongoing growth and success of the College.

As our Registrar, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing an enrolment strategy aligned with the College’s objectives and priorities
• Evaluate enrolment data, market trends and stakeholder insights to guide planning and decision-making
• Managing the end-to-end admissions process, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for prospective families
• Collaborating with the Marketing Manager to ensure clear and engaging communication with prospective families
• Supervise and support the Assistant Registrar in day-to-day operations
• Coordinate enrolment interviews and events such as Open Day, tours, and parent information evenings
• Work closely with the International Office regarding overseas student admissions
