Guilford Young College College is a Senior Secondary Years 11 and 12 co-educational Catholic College.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons for the following position:

RTO Development Officer

Commencement Date: As soon as possible.

The RTO Development Officer supports the effective coordination of the Catholic Education Tasmania (CET) Registered Training Organisation, based at Guilford Young College, and works collaboratively across all CET colleges and worksites.

The role contributes to the planning, development, implementation and ongoing maintenance of RTO systems, policies and procedures, and prepares proposals, strategic advice and reports for the RTO Manager and CEO.

Within the role, the RTO Development Officer supports the Catholic Identity and Evangelising Mission and works collaboratively with other staff and members of the School community to assist students to achieve enhanced learning outcomes.
