About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and caring Level 3 Early Years Educator to join a welcoming early years setting in Skipton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves helping young children grow, learn, and thrive in a supportive environment.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver high-quality early years education in line with the EYFS framework
• Support children's learning, development, and emotional well-being
• Plan and deliver fun, engaging, age-appropriate activities
• Work closely with a friendly and supportive staff team
• Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and carers
• Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment

Requirements

To be successful, you will need:

• A Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or higher)
• A good understanding of the EYFS framework
• Previous experience within an early years or nursery setting
• A warm, enthusiastic, and professional approach to childcare
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting young children's development
