Lead a dynamic K–6 Catholic school of 28 students in Hillston, NSW. This five-year Principal appointment offers the opportunity to shape culture, strengthen instructional leadership, and build staff capability in a well-supported and connected diocesan system committed to faith, excellence and community. New Principal house available at subsidised rent.

PRINCIPAL ROLE

We are seeking a passionate and visionary Principal to lead St Joseph’s Parish School, Hillston - a well-established and thriving K–6 school community. As Principal you will provide strong Catholic leadership, foster a collaborative and inclusive school culture, and lead high quality teaching and learning that supports every student to thrive.

The position is available from Term 4, 2026, with consideration for a Term 1, 2027 start.

RENUMERATION:

The following package is provided:

• Current Annual salary: Foundation Level $176,964 p.a. - Accomplished Level $186,280 p.a - plus superannuation
• Reimbursement of travel costs and accommodation for on-site visit and/or interview.
• Relocation costs of up to $5000
