About the Role:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to;

Lead the school community in developing and committing to a shared educational vision that delivers high-quality learning outcomes for all students.
Model ethical, values-based leadership while embedding socially just and inclusive practices across all aspects of school life.
Maintain high expectations for student achievement and staff performance, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Build strong partnerships with parents, government agencies, community groups, industry, and business to enhance opportunities for students.
Demonstrate strategic, future-focused leadership through sound understanding of relevant legislation and effective management of resources to achieve school goals.
