About the Role

As a Primary Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons that inspire learning
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development
• Assess progress and adapt learning to meet individual needs
• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
• Promote high expectations and excellent behaviour for learning
• Contribute to the wider life of the school community

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Experience teaching within a primary school setting
• Strong classroom management skills and a positive approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• A commitment to raising attainment and supporting pupil wellbeing
• Passion, enthusiasm and a genuine love of teaching

We are particularly keen to hear from Early Career Teachers looking to build confidence, gain varied experience and find the right school to start their teaching journey. Our team can help match you with supportive schools that will enable you to develop and succeed.
