Are you a passionate and dedicated KS2 Primary Teacher with experience in British Sign Language (BSL) or someone who is part of the deaf community? We are working with a welcoming and highly supportive deaf school seeking an inspiring teacher to join their team.

Primary Teacher Role:

• Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality KS2 lessons tailored to pupils' individual needs.
• Use BSL confidently in the classroom (or be open to developing skills further with support/training).
• Foster an inclusive, supportive, and nurturing atmosphere for all learners.
• Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, Speech & Language Therapists, and other specialists.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues.

Primary Teacher Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching KS2 pupils.
• Experience using BSL in an educational setting or being a deaf teacher who communicates using BSL.
• A genuine passion for supporting deaf learners and promoting accessible education.
• Strong communication skills and a warm, patient approach.
