Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
• Experience in a UK primary school (ECTs welcome)
• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
• Skilled in assessment for learning
• High expectations for behaviour & achievement
• Excellent classroom management
• Nurturing and adaptable approach

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons
• Create an inclusive and structured classroom environment
• Track and assess pupil progress
• Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
• Collaborate with staff, SEN teams, and parents
