POL 3 VET Coordinator - Cobblebank Campus 2027
An exciting leadership opportunity exists for a passionate and organised educator to lead and grow the Vocational Education and Training (VET) program at our expanding Cobblebank Campus. This role plays a key part in shaping pathways for students through VET, SBAT and Structured Workplace Learning, while supporting VCE-VM and VPC learners to engage in meaningful, future-focused opportunities. Working closely with students, staff, families, TAFEs and industry partners, the VET Coordinator will drive compliance, innovation and program excellence, helping students build the skills, confidence and connections for life beyond school.

Commencing January 2027, this is a full-time, POL 3 position.

The successful applicants will demonstrate:
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, families, and the wider community
- Highly developed communication, planning, decision-making and negotiation skills.
- The ability to contribute positively to a collaborative professional culture
- Appropriate expertise and experience in the areas of Teaching & Learning.
- Demonstrated experience in leading best practice in the management of people and resources.
- Demonstrated ability to build capacity in others.
Skills & Experience Required
- Relevant tertiary qualification (Bachelor of Education or equivalent)
- A strong commitment to Catholic education and the ethos of the College
- Ability to implement differentiated learning and use contemporary technology to support student outcomes
- An ability to develop and maintain professional and caring relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- An eagerness to learn.
Special Requirements

- Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration
- Accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic school is preferred.
