Join our Middle & Senior School team in January 2026 as a Pathways Assistant, supporting students as they explore future learning and career pathways. In this role, you’ll help coordinate Work Experience and vocational programs, ensuring students, families and employers are well supported throughout the process.

Faith Lutheran College is situated in the beautiful Barossa Valley and has an enrolment of over 800 students from ELC to Year 12 across two campuses. We are currently seeking a committed and highly organised Pathways Assistant for 2026 to support student subject pathways, vocational learning programs and Work Experience Administration within our Middle & Senior School.

About the Role

This role provides administrative and logistical support for the College’s student pathways programs, including Work Experience, VET and School-Based Apprenticeships/Traineeships (SBATs). Duties include documentation management, database and compliance record upkeep, and communication with students, families, employers and Registered Training Organisations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Administering documentation and compliance for Work Experience and vocational pathways programs
• Preparing employer communication, risk assessments and student information packs
• Maintaining accurate records and database updates for placements and enrolments
• Liaising professionally with students, families, employers, RTOs and staff
• Supporting subject selection and course counselling administration

What we are looking for:

• Strong administration and communication skills
• High attention to detail, confidentiality and sound judgement
• Ability to build positive relationships with students and external partners
• Experience in education, VET, employment services or similar (highly regarded)
• A demonstrated commitment to the Vision, Mission and Values of the College
