Pastoral Officer - Full Time (Long-Term) Bradford Area Start Date: February Half Term Veritas Education

Veritas Education is working in partnership with a secondary school in the Bradford area to recruit a dedicated Pastoral Officer to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis from February half term.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young people, promoting positive behaviour, and contributing to a safe and supportive school environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with secondary-aged students, strong communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families.

The Role Includes:

Providing day-to-day pastoral support to students
Managing behaviour and attendance concerns
Working closely with Heads of Year and safeguarding teams
Supporting student wellbeing and personal development
Maintaining accurate pastoral records and reports
Communicating with parents/carers and external agencies when required
