Cana is seeking to employ a part-time classroom teacher who is ready to join our enthusiastic Year 2 teaching team for the remainder of the 2026 school year on a Monday, Thursday and Friday beginning from Term 3.
There is the possibility that this position may continue into 2027.

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

• a commitment to supporting the overall wellbeing of students, and to provide adjustments as needed
• willingness to working collaboratively with colleagues to improve student outcomes
• an understanding of explicit teaching strategies particularly in English and Mathematics,
• an understanding of the MACS 2030 Vision for Instruction
• an ability to differentiate teaching and assessment practices to meet the needs of the students.
