The successful applicant will demonstrate:

St Monica's Catholic Primary School, Footscray, is seeking a highly motivated STEM teacher to join our community for a 0.2 teaching position. The days of work will be Thursdays.

The successful applicant will:

• enrich our students with an engaging and contemporary STEM curriculum
• provide an environment of inspiration, engagement, and enjoyment to the children in our care
• model the Catholic and community values of the school, working with the community of this school which is made up of families from diverse social backgrounds
• a capacity to implement engaging learning in STEM
• an understanding of contemporary educational practice
• a willingness to work collaboratively with others
• strong communication skills

St Monica’s Primary School is a Child Safe environment.

• be committed to the safety, wellbeing and protection of all children in our care; and
• have appropriate registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching.

• VIT registration
• a current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to undertake a First Aid Course).
