About the Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting young children during their most important developmental years. You will:

• Support children's learning, development, and emotional well-being in line with the EYFS
• Work as part of a warm, supportive, and high-quality early years team
• Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Help plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities

Requirements

• Previous experience working within an early years or childcare setting
• A genuine passion for supporting young children's development
• Caring, enthusiastic, and patient with a child-centred approach
• Reliable, adaptable, and confident working as part of a team
• A good understanding of safeguarding and early years practice
