About you

This part-time job share (0.6 FTE) position is scheduled to commence on Tuesday, 27 January 2026 until the end of the 2026 school year. We welcome applications from recent graduates as well. As a Music Teacher, you work to ensure every student reaches their full potential through high-quality, collaborative and engaging pedagogy.

To excel in this role, you will be able to:

• create and implement engaging, rigorous planned learning experiences catering to the diverse needs of students
• demonstrate the ability and qualifications to teach Music
• utilise formative and summative assessments to drive student progress
• employ a data-informed approach to setting challenging learning objectives and providing constructive feedback
• support the inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment for students
• demonstrate excellent classroom management skills focused on student well-being
• integrate technology to enhance contemporary learning experiences.

You will have attained:

• a tertiary qualification in Education
• eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
• Religious Education qualifications or the willingness to achieve them as per Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead.
