Good Shepherd College is seeking a passionate and experienced Middle-Upper Primary Teacher to join our supportive, family-oriented Junior Campus in Hamilton, Victoria.

Good Shepherd College (Hamilton, VIC) is a vibrant Prep – Year 12 Christian school on dual campuses where faith, community, and learning come together. We are seeking a passionate, experience and dedicated Middle - Upper Teacher to join our Junior campus team in 2026!

Selection Criteria

  1. Current registration (or eligibility for registration) with the Victorian Institute of Teaching.
  2. Demonstrated ability/experience to plan and deliver engaging and effective teaching programs for upper primary-aged students.
  3. Capacity to differentiate and support diverse learning needs.
  4. Experience fostering student engagement, wellbeing, and positive classroom behaviour.
  5. Commitment to collaborative practice and professional growth.
  6. Willingness to support and contribute to the Christian ethos and spiritual life of the College.
