The Role
This is an outstanding opportunity for an accomplished Manager Corporate Services who enjoys leading improvement, developing efficient business systems and contributing strategically to school operations. We are seeking an ideal applicant who is already confident operating in a complex school environment and can quickly establish themselves as a trusted member of the leadership team.
Working closely with the Principal and Executive Leadership Team, you would be leading the school's corporate services portfolio, including finance, human resources, facilities, risk management, governance and business operations. Beyond managing daily operations, you should identify opportunities for continuous improvement, streamline processes and implement innovative solutions that enhance the effectiveness of the school.
The successful applicant will ideally display exceptional judgement, initiative and organisational capability. They should possess a solutions-focused mindset, enjoy solving complex problems and have the confidence to make informed decisions while balancing competing priorities. They will ideally be comfortable challenging existing processes where appropriate and continuously seeking better ways of working.
