About the Role

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a warm and welcoming early years setting in York. This is a rewarding role for someone who is passionate about supporting young children during the most important stages of their development.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver high-quality early years education in line with the EYFS framework
• Support children's learning, development, and emotional well-being
• Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and age-appropriate activities
• Work collaboratively with a supportive and friendly staff team
• Build strong, positive partnerships with children, parents, and carers
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or above)
• A good understanding of the EYFS framework
• Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting
• A caring, proactive, and professional approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for helping children grow and thrive
