Veritas Education is recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Level 2 and Level 3 Early Years Practitioners to join our growing supply team, supporting a range of welcoming nurseries across Birmingham and the surrounding areas.

Whether you're looking for full-time supply work or just a few days each week, we offer flexible opportunities that allow you to choose when and where you work while gaining valuable experience across a variety of high-quality Early Years settings.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you'll play an important role in supporting children aged 0-5 years, helping to create safe, nurturing, and stimulating environments where every child can learn, develop, and thrive in line with the EYFS framework.

What We're Looking For

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare, or an equivalent qualification (essential)
• Previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting
• A good understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
• A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A flexible attitude and genuine passion for supporting young children's learning and development

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences
• Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing
• Assist with daily routines, including meals, naps, and outdoor play
• Encourage children's social, emotional, and communication development
• Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating nursery environment
• Work collaboratively with nursery teams to provide high-quality care and education
