St. Narsai Assyrian Christian College is a co-educational independent school providing education to students from Years 7-12. Located in Southwest Sydney, our school is embedded in the Christian faith and its values. We believe in providing a nurturing and inclusive educational environment where students can grow academically, spiritually, and socially. Our college is seeking qualified and passionate Teacher Aides to support the academic development of our students.

We have 2 part-time (5 days per week) positions available, these are temporary roles that commence Term 1, 2026 until the end of Term 4, 2026 with hours starting from 8:20 am-2:50 pm (6.5 hours per day)

The successful applicant will play a vital role in helping to create a positive and nurturing learning environment, facilitating the academic and spiritual growth of our students.

Position Requirements:

• Ability to teach strategies to improve literacy and numeracy learning outcomes for each student (Year 7-10).
• Experience in providing support to students with additional needs
• An understanding and support of the School's Christian values
• A genuine desire to work with high school students to enhance their literacy & numeracy skills

Qualifications Required:

• Certificate III or Certificate IV in Education Support
• A current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
