Learning Support Officers work closely with students who have additional learning and behavioural needs, providing academic support while promoting the development of the whole child.
The successful applicant will demonstrate:

- The ability to work collaboratively with classroom teachers to ensure consistency of practice and support.
- A willingness to embrace and contribute to the Catholic ethos, identity and values of our school.
- A commitment to working as part of a dynamic, collaborative and supportive team.
- A willingness to participate in professional learning and development to enhance existing skills and knowledge.
- A current Working with Children Check and any relevant certifications.
- A genuine desire to contribute positively to a united and supportive school community.
Previous experience working with children with additional learning and behavioural needs is not essential but will be considered an advantage.
Salary and employment conditions are in accordance with the Victorian Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement (VCEMEA).
