Your opportunity:
- Provide strategic advice, analysis and planning support to the Principal and the Executive Management team in relation to financial planning and budgeting, human resource management, and facility and asset management.
- Manage the strategic operations of the school to ensure operations are managed professionally to align with departmental priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of school-wide corporate services and support the Principal with strategic planning and operational management.
- Manage school finances, budgeting, reporting and financial compliance.
- Lead human resource management, including recruitment, workforce planning, performance management and staff development.
- Oversee facilities, assets, maintenance and project management, including contractors.
- Review and improve systems, processes and business practices to support continuous improvement.
- Provide strategic advice, analysis and data-informed recommendations to the Principal and Executive Team.
- Lead change, innovation and operational improvement across the school.
- Build strong partnerships with parents, government, community, industry and business stakeholders.
- Develop opportunities for funding, marketing and commercial activities to benefit the school.
- Promote high performance, accountability, good governance and quality service delivery.
