Learning Area Coordinator Performing Arts
(Encompassing HSC Dance/Drama/Music plus TAFE Vocational Certificate Courses: Screen & Media/Music Theatre/Music Industry/Entertainment/Events.)
Location: Bradfield Senior College, St Leonards
Temporary Full-Time until 1 July 2027, with the possibility of extension
$164,814 salary package - includes base salary ($145,208), plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
We are seeking an exceptional leader, who embodies innovation and collaboration whilst striving for excellence in their work. Our ideal candidate will meet the following essential criteria:
- Tertiary teaching qualifications and Stage 6 experience in the teaching of an HSC Performing Arts discipline;
- Demonstrated leadership skills in delivering programs and projects, working with a diverse range of staff and students;
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build highly productive relationships through professional engagement with students, parents and Bradfield staff;
- Strong administrative skills and experience in planning and management of faculty resources and
- Knowledge of TAFE NSW, the Department of Education and New South Wales Education Standards Authority policies and procedures.
Highly Regarded: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or willingness to undertake
