Job Summary

• Progress Monitoring
• Track and monitor students receiving learning support, utilising data to adjust interventions and strategies.
• IEP & ESP Management
• Oversee the school’s IEP and ESP processes, ensuring quality, completion, and appropriate documentation of all IEPs, and support the Enrolment Officer with ESP data submission.
• Learning Support Programs
• Develop and implement literacy and numeracy support programs for identified students, and mentor staff on addressing learning support needs.
• Internal Relief
• Provide internal relief for absent staff teaching staff members
• ICP Support
• Assist the Head of Curriculum in creating ICPs tailored to individual student needs.
• NCCD Compliance
• Ensure students with disabilities are accurately categorised at the appropriate NCCD levels with supporting data.
• Hands-on Support
• Provide direct classroom support and oversee the implementation of behaviour management policies.
• Curriculum Alignment
• Ensure school programs align with values/virtues, develop Master Unit plans, and maintain assessment and reporting documentation.
• Other Duration FTE
• Perform any additional ad hoc duties as assigned to you by the Principal, commensurate with your skillset and qualifications Term 2 with the view for permancy    0.8FTE
