Position Criteria
- Experience working with the Diversity/Inclusion team, and with NCCD processes.
- Experience in creating high quality Personalised Learning Plans, to align with the expectations and obligations of the NCCD
- Experience in supporting students with a range of learning and support needs.
- Demonstrated strengths in written and verbal communication, organisation and time management
- Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently
- Work collaboratively with the Inclusion Team, and Leaders of Learning to ensure strong assessment and reporting practices, which are also accessible and equitable for a wide variety of learners.
- Create a dynamic, inclusive and challenging learning environment where students are both supported and inspired
- Design, develop and implement engaging curriculum aligned with NESA requirements
- Actively contribute to the Catholic culture and mission of the College
- Ability to teach a secondary subject
