Current Opportunity: ICT Support Officer (1.0FTE Ongoing)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused ICT Support Officer to join our dedicated ICT Team. This role supports students and staff through responsive helpdesk support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of the College's technology systems. Working as the first point of contact, you will provide friendly, patient, and professional assistance while maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to a positive user experience across the College.

In addition to resolving day-to-day technical issues, the ICT Support Officer will assist with device deployment, user account management, and the creation of simple training resources to build digital confidence within the College. The ideal candidate will bring strong problem-solving skills, a willingness to learn, and a genuine commitment to supporting teaching and learning through effective technology use.
