The opportunity

As our ICT & AV Support Officer, this exciting role blends ICT technical support including AV in classrooms and performing arts. You'll work with the IT team to ensure classroom technologies, ICT systems and other related IT infrastructure are supported and run seamlessly across the School.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing hands-on ICT and AV support across Windows, macOS and classroom technologies
• Providing responsive ICT and AV support to staff and students
• Supporting and setting up AV systems for assemblies, meetings and small to medium school events
• Maintaining and configuring AV and ICT systems and assisting staff and students with troubleshooting
• Collaborating with the ICT team to ensure reliable and secure systems

Our ideal successful applicant

We're looking for someone who is proactive, customer-focused and confident in both ICT and AV environments. Experience with live sound, lighting or theatre production will be highly regarded.
