Human Resources Manager

Full Time (FTE 1.0) | Ongoing Position

This is an opportunity for a highly capable and qualified candidate to join an innovative and high performing educational community. The Human Resources Manager supports the Principal in the recruitment of both teaching and non-teaching staff, and in relation to compliance, employee relations, and all aspects of staffing.

Criteria for this position are:

• A tertiary Human Resources management qualification sufficient to gain member status of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI)
• Highly developed interpersonal skills
• Substantial experience in Human Resource Management or organisational performance
• Demonstrated experience in Human Resource function
• A post-graduate management qualification is desirable
• Experience in a school setting is preferred
