St Leo's Catholic College, Wahroonga is currently seeking an energetic and passionate HSIE Teacher. This is a permanent full-time teaching role commencing Term 1 2026. There are also several promotional 2pt coordinator opportunities available for successful applicants.

The following promotional roles are also available in addition to this position for the right candidate:

1. Leader of Extra Curricular - 2 point coordinator
2. Leader of Learning (Professional Growth) - 2 point coordinator
3. Leader of Learning (Pastoral and Wellbeing) – Year Leader – 2 point coordinator

Specific Criteria

• Strong commitment to the Catholic ethos and our Vision of Authentic professional Catholic education delivered with care and compassion
• Ability to teach Legal Studies/Business Studies/Economics or a combination of these
• Highly effective, skilled classroom practitioner as defined by the Professional Standards for Teachers
• Knowledge and skills required in the effective delivery of Curriculum, Assessment and Pedagogy
• A deep commitment to safeguarding as everyone's responsibility and prioritising child safety
• Adherence to our CSBB Capability Framework
• Commitment to be an active member of the Catholic school community
• Hold a valid Working With Children Check
• Must be a 4-year trained teacher
