Position Information

Cambridge Park High School (CPHS) is a proudly comprehensive school in Western Sydney, serving 632 students, including a dedicated Support Unit with seven Autism classes. Our school community is culturally and linguistically diverse, with 19% of students coming from a language background other than English, and 5% requiring English as an Additional Language or Dialect (EAL/D) support. Additionally, 18% of our students proudly identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander.

At CPHS, we are committed to providing high-quality learning experiences that incorporate evidence-based strategies to promote excellence, engagement, and equity in education. As a partner hub school with Western Sydney University (WSU), we play a key role in developing quality induction and practicum programs for pre-service and early career teachers. We also maintain strong connections with tertiary education providers, businesses, and the local community to create valuable opportunities for our students.

We recognise the vital role that parents play in our student’s success and strive to foster strong partnerships to support improved learning outcomes. Our school cultivates a positive learning culture, encouraging challenge, practice, and persistence—key elements that drive proficiency for teachers, students, and parents alike.

At CPHS, we embrace challenges and continuously work to refine our skills, fostering both academic and personal growth. Through positive relationships and a supportive environment, we empower our students to develop resilient mindsets, value lifelong learning, and strive for their full potential.
