Commencing in Term 1, 2027, we are seeking an exceptional educational leader to join our Executive Team as Head of Middle School.

Set in the stunning Adelaide Hills, and set on a breathtaking campus, Cornerstone offers expansive facilities and a nurturing environment where our staff are passionate about helping young people grow into confident, compassionate and purpose-driven individuals. This is a unique opportunity to lead a vibrant Middle School (Years 7–9) of approximately 350 students at a pivotal stage in their development.

Commencing in Term 1, 2027, we are seeking an exceptional educational leader to join our Executive Team as Head of Middle School. This is a pivotal role providing strategic and operational leadership for Years 7-9, ensuring a culture of excellence in learning and wellbeing.

About the Role

• Drive a culture of high expectations, wellbeing, and restorative practices across the Middle School.
• Provide dynamic leadership in pastoral care while building strong relationships with students, staff, and families.
• Lead data-driven strategic initiatives for continuous improvement.

What You Will Bring

• Success in organisational and educational leadership, achieving goals through collaboration.
• Hat/Lead accreditation, or advanced leadership studies, is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in middle or senior school leadership.
• Experience implementing adolescent wellbeing frameworks and restorative practices.
