Middlesbrough & Surrounding Areas | Flexible Work (Part-time & Full-time)

Have you recently completed your degree and are looking to gain hands-on experience working with young people?

Due to increased demand across schools in Teesside, we are looking to recruit Graduate Teaching Assistants for immediate starts, supporting both mainstream and SEND schools across the region.

This is an excellent opportunity to step into education and build valuable experience straight away. You may be:

• Supporting students within the classroom alongside the teacher
• Providing 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs
• Assisting with behaviour and engagement in lessons
• Gaining experience across a range of schools and age groups (primary & secondary)

We're particularly keen to hear from graduates who have experience working with children or young people, including:

• Psychology Graduates
• Criminology Graduates

You should:

• Be passionate about supporting young people
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Be reliable, adaptable, and proactive
• Have (or be willing to obtain) a DBS on the update service
