About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate EYFS Teacher (Reception) to join a warm, supportive SEN school in South London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated educator who thrives on making a meaningful difference in the lives of young learners with a range of special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate EYFS learning experiences
• Adapt teaching to meet individual needs and learning styles
• Create a nurturing, safe, and structured classroom environment
• Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and parents
• Track pupil progress and contribute to personalised learning plans
• Promote communication, independence, and early social skills

Requirements

• QTS or extensive classroom experience in EYFS/SEN
• Strong understanding of EYFS curriculum
• Experience working with children with SEN (e.g., ASD, SLD, PMLD, SEMH)
• Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
• A patient, creative, and child-centred teaching approach
