Veritas Education is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated EYFS / Reception Specialist Teacher to join a warm and welcoming primary school in Lancaster for the Summer term.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator with strong early years expertise who is available to work Thursdays and Fridays (1.5 days per week). The school is committed to providing a nurturing and creative environment where children can thrive in their early learning journey.

Role Overview

• Teach and plan engaging lessons for Reception / EYFS pupils
• Ensure high-quality provision in line with EYFS curriculum expectations
• Work collaboratively with support staff and the wider teaching team
• Contribute to assessments and maintain accurate records
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
• Strong experience within EYFS / Reception
• Ability to commit to Thursdays and Fridays during the Summer term
• A passion for early years education
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
