Experienced High School English Teacher – HSC Experience Preferred

We are looking for teachers who are confident teaching Year 7–12 English, including HSC Advanced and Extension English programs.

This role is ideal for educators who:

Teaching Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and well-structured English lessons for high school students
• Teach analytical, persuasive, creative, and discursive writing
• Provide constructive feedback aligned with SmartMind’s teaching framework
• Support students in developing confidence, organisation, and academic writing skills
• Collaborate with the academic team to maintain consistency across programs

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Qualified NSW English teacher or experienced high school English tutor
• HSC teaching and/or marking experience highly regarded
• Strong understanding of NSW syllabus and assessment standards
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Reliable, professional, and able to work collaboratively within a structured teaching environment
