About the role

This is a great opportunity to work side-by-side our executive team where you will be at the heart of the action, helping shape our Directorate’s work while keeping everything running smoothly. To deliver this, you will support the Executive Director with the day-to-day management of the office to help achieve key organisational objectives.

Our new team manages Property Operations, Transactions and Community Infrastructure. This includes the Share Our Space program, which allows community members to enjoy quality outdoor facilities like playgrounds, multipurpose courts and ovals during the school holidays. By sharing our space, we help create opportunities for informal sport and recreation, a sense of stewardship and responsibility for our schools and their role in building relationships, connections and resilience for all.

Key accountabilities

  • Manage Executive Directors' office communication, correspondence, diary, and travel and accommodation.
  • Provide a range of meeting support services, including preparation of agendas, organising venues and writing and distribution of minutes, to contribute to the efficient running of meetings.
  • Administer and maintain records management systems and processes to ensure that all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible.
  • Respond to internal and external enquiries, escalating or redirecting associated issues, to ensure the provision of accurate information.

  • Exercising sound judgement in organising workload to meet deadlines.
